N-Gage is a Manchester based charity that gives young people at risk of educational and social exclusion, opportunities and skills to reach their full potential. During the week N-Gage take youth vehicles into North and South Manchester and run Catalyst detached sessions to engage young people in their communities. The Catalyst youth centre, based in Burnage runs sessions throughout the week to help build self esteem, social skills and confidence. N-Gage aim to engage young people in a range of activities including: music, art, gaming and team building. N-Gage run 1-2-1 sessions, half day workshops and assemblies in local schools.

N-Gage are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking person with a proven track record working with young people. You need to be self motivated but also work well as part of a team. You will be confident to lead the existing youth projects, work alongside staff in planning and developing sessions for young people to engage in. You will also be able to help develop the community work in Burnage, with particular emphasis on a community café.
A heart for Manchester and passion for young people are essential.

Salary: £22,300 based on a full time salary
