Manchester City Council Leaving Care Provision – Soft Market Testing Event

Manchester City Council invites service providers to a soft market testing event on:
6 September 2017, 1pm-2pm at Friends Meeting House, Mount Street, Manchester, M2 5NS.

Manchester City Council is undertaking a review of the delivery of services for children leaving care.

Manchester City Council welcomes attendance from organisations who may be interested in contributing to this review and future development in the delivery of services to these young people. Manchester City Council also welcomes attendance from representatives who have an interest in innovative and good quality service provision.

The aim of the event is to:
• Share information and engage with service providers on our current position for Care Leavers
• Share our strategic direction
• Hear from providers on the range of provision they deliver
• Networking opportunities

Individual slots will be available to speak to commissioners on a one to one basis, between 2pm and 4pm on request

Attendance at the event will not confer any advantage to any potential bidders in the event of a future tender process for services nor will your organisation be disadvantaged by not attending.

If you would like to attend, send your name, organisation and number of places required by email to Linda Farnell:
