The High 5 4 Healthy Minds conference, on 8 February, 9.30am-4.30pm at Luther King, creates inspiration, empowerment, strategies, understanding and skills in wellbeing and mental health. This free one day event features key note speakers and workshops.
Key note speakers include:
Claire Eastham a best-selling author and award –winning mental health blogger. She debuted her instant bestselling book ‘We’re All Mad Here’ in November 2016.
Claire will discuss and share mental health in the workplace ‘Be Mental Health Savvy at Work’.
Dave Smithson is from the national charity Anxiety UK. He has vast knowledge of dealing with mental health conditions. The charity was formed in 1970, by someone living with agoraphobia, for those affected by anxiety, stress and anxiety based depression.
