Over the past 18 months, we have delivered 8 Introduction to Equality and Diversity workshops. These have been attended by people working in Manchester with young people from all areas and backgrounds. As the session progressed and attendees had a firm understanding of the Equality Act 2010, equality, equity and discrimination, we turn to our own work. How do we, as people who work with young people, activate our anti-discriminatory practice? How do we ensure that we are inclusive for all young people appropriate to attend?
